What can you expect as an Entrepreneur in Residence?

We at uptain want to pass on our entrepreneurial knowledge and thus challenge and promote the founders of tomorrow. In this way, we enable you to get a taste of the entrepreneurial air and to learn a great deal in a short period of time. As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will be deeply involved from day 1 and will be given the freedom to realise your ideas. From product and business development to operations, HR and investor relations, you will directly experience and shape a wide range of experiences. The programme lasts 6 months.

Of course, your journey doesn’t have to end after these 6 months. You will have built up a large network, which may lead to your own start-up or an exciting job offer. In any case, we will be happy to support you.

What happens next?

Simply send us an informal email with your documents to jobs@uptain.de. We don’t require a complicated cover letter. However, you can still send us one if you wish. We will review your documents and get back to you.

Afterwards, we will have a video call and get to know each other better. Once we have a good impression of you and you of us, we will meet you in person at our uptain office. It is important to us that not only we get to know you, but also you get to know us.
