Fact Finder offers the error-tolerant onsite search: The patented FACT® algorithm delivers relevant product suggestions even in the case of spelling mistakes and typos. By displaying suitable suggestions, FACT-Finder thus leads online customers directly to where they buy. Links to content such as blog articles, videos or shop opening times can also be displayed.
In addition, relevant filters can speed up the search in the shop. The underlying attributes can be automatically extracted from product descriptions and other long texts with the Product Master. Additional descriptions make shop items easier to find and categorise. The Product Master from Fact Finder makes it possible to label products with the appropriate tags based on rules.
